HOW LONG DOES A BAR OF SOAP LAST?
With normal daily use, a bar of SoulBloom soap typically lasts 4-6 weeks, depending on bar size, how often it's used, and how it's stored between uses. Keeping your soap dry between uses (see our storage tip below) will help it last longer.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE FOR SENSITIVE SKIN?
We make our products with high-quality cosmetic oils and gentle fragrance aromas, chosen for beauty, consistency, and everyday safety. That said, everyone's skin is different, so we always recommend doing a small patch test on your inner arm before regular use, and reading the full ingredient list on the product label or listing before purchasing. If you have known sensitivities or allergies, please review the ingredients carefully, and discontinue use if you notice any irritation.
HOW SHOULD I BURN MY CANDLE?
For the best experience: on the first burn, let the candle burn long enough for the wax to melt evenly across the top (usually 1-2 hours) — this helps prevent tunneling later on. Trim the wick to about 1/4 inch before each burn. Never burn a candle for more than 4 hours at a time, and never leave a burning candle unattended, near flammable items, or within reach of children or pets.
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR PRODUCTS, AND HOW SHOULD I STORE THEM?
Our soaps are best used within 12 months of purchase, and our candles within 12-18 months, for the best scent and appearance. Store both in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Heat and humidity can cause softening or sweating, especially in warmer months.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Not yet — right now we only ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future, so follow us on Instagram @soulbloom_by or join our email list to be the first to know when that changes.
HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER SHIPS?
Orders are handmade in small batches, so please allow 2-4 business days for processing before your order ships. Once it ships, Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days and Express shipping takes 1-2 business days, and you'll receive tracking information by email.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?
No. We never test our products on animals.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY SOAP BETWEEN USES?
Keep your soap as dry as possible between uses — this is the single biggest factor in how long a bar lasts. We recommend using a draining soap dish that lifts the bar off standing water, and letting it air out between uses rather than leaving it in a closed, wet shower caddy.
