Welcome to SoulBloom Co. (soulbloom-co.myshopify.com). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. ABOUT US

SoulBloom Co. is a small, handmade business owned and operated by Solange Moura and Lohrane, based in Ashland, Massachusetts. We make soaps, candles, and home and self-care items by hand in small batches.

2. USE OF OUR STORE

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use our site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or that interferes with any other party's use of the site. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the involvement of a parent or guardian, to place an order with us.

3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND HANDMADE VARIATION

We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately, including colors, scents, size, and weight. However, because every item is handmade in small batches, slight variations in color, shape, texture, size, and swirl or design pattern between photos and the item you receive — and between individual items in the same batch — are normal and are part of what makes handmade goods unique. These natural variations are not considered defects.

4. PRICING AND ERRORS

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without notice. In the rare event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, technical, or pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed, and will notify you if this occurs. If you have already been charged, you will receive a full refund.

5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION

Your receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of your order; it is only a confirmation that we received it. We reserve the right, at any time after receiving your order, to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or concerns about fraud. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, you will receive a full refund. You may request to cancel or modify an order by emailing soulbloomhandmade@gmail.com as soon as possible; we will do our best to accommodate requests made before an order has shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site — including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, logos, product names, and the SoulBloom name and branding — is the property of SoulBloom Co. and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

7. NO PROFESSIONAL OR MEDICAL ADVICE

Our products are intended for ordinary personal care and home use. Nothing on this site should be understood as medical or therapeutic advice, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Massachusetts.
